Band Members
Since the group was formed in 1995 we have
been very fortunate in finding a steady stream of work in
a selection of very nice venues ranging from regular work
at Warwick Castle and hotels in the Stratford area to army
camps in darkest Yorkshire and medieval weddings in the Home
Counties.
We have also worked for “The Tales of Robin
Hood” and “The Sherriff's Lodge” in Nottingham. Our contacts
with other specialist entertainers like falconers, fighting
knights, jesters and tumblers have led us into the organising
of entertainers for weddings and corporate events.
In addition to private banquets and weddings
we have been involved in many corporate hospitality events
at country houses and companies all over the Midlands.
We like to think we are more than a group
of musicians gently strumming medieval music in the background;
we are entertainers as well, and can drag audience participation
out of reluctant guests whether with song, dance or humour,
whatever suits the occasion.
There is a world of difference between providing
the music for the actual wedding ceremony and persuading a
full Colonel in an artillery regiment to join in with the
actions of a traditional English folk song. We are adaptable
and we can make a positive difference to your event. |
